Customer support
For product issues, account questions, CRM access, team invitations, subscription status or general support, use your permanent BATFLOWS Admin conversation from your account.
Payments and subscriptions
For payment verification, duplicate payments, payment proof, plan activation, renewal, seat upgrades or refund requests, open a support Admin conversation and include the relevant payment or subscription details.
Include the transaction reference, amount, date and the BATFLOWS payment request involved. Never send your banking password, PIN or one-time security code.
You can also review your current entitlement and subscription state in Account.
Security incidents
If you believe your BATFLOWS account, team membership, authenticator, session or connected workspace has been compromised, use the Security controls immediately and open a BATFLOWS Admin conversation describing the incident.
Do not include passwords, authenticator secrets, recovery codes or other credentials in a support message.
Privacy and data requests
BATFLOWS account holders may request help with account data through Support. If your personal information appears in a BATFLOWS workspace because one of our business customers added or messaged you, contact that business first because it generally controls the business purpose for that CRM data.
See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing disclosure for additional information.
Formal legal notices
A formal notice to BATFLOWS should be submitted through BATFLOWS Support with Legal Notice clearly stated in the message subject or first line. Include:
- your full name and organization, if applicable;
- the relevant BATFLOWS account or workspace;
- a clear explanation of the legal issue or request;
- relevant dates and supporting documents;
- the legal basis for the request, where applicable; and
- a reliable method for BATFLOWS to respond.
If you cannot access your account, use the official contact method shown on your BATFLOWS invoice, receipt, payment instruction, activation communication or other verified account correspondence.
Service operator and contracting identity
BATFLOWS is the brand used for the Service. For a paid subscription, the contracting operator is the person or entity identified in the official BATFLOWS transaction documentation associated with that account.
If you require the contracting operator's formal identity for a legal, tax, regulatory or compliance purpose, submit a Legal Notice through BATFLOWS Support and identify the relevant account or transaction. BATFLOWS will provide the information applicable to that customer relationship where required.
Third-party trademarks
WhatsApp, Meta, Facebook, Instagram and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. BATFLOWS is an independent CRM product and is not owned by, sponsored by, affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp LLC or their affiliates.
No professional advice
BATFLOWS provides software and operational support. Product information, templates, policies and support responses do not replace legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or other professional advice that may be required for your business.
